I am not wearing pants right now

It is 9:53 on a Saturday morning, I am in drivers ed, and I am not wearing pants. What I mean to say is I am wearing leggings and a massive blue sweater. And nothing else. This is a first for me. And you know what? I have never been more comfortable. So to everybody I've ever made fun of for not wearing bottoms, I am very sorry. I totally get it now. I was just told that if a squirrel jumps out in front of my car I should not swerve, that such violent evasive actions are not advisable. Tattoos!

Recently, there has been a rise in tattoos in the younger generation. What is so appealing about permanently branding oneself, especially at such a young age? And how are these younger people beating the system and getting tattoos before they are legally allowed to? Some parents agree to take their kid to a tattoo parlor, but of course, many do not. Should tattoo parlor's be more careful about who they let get tattoos, or are teenagers under 18 old enough to decide what they want inked on their skin forever? The appeal of tattoos is clear: They are beautiful, bad ass, and interesting. They are the ultimate element of personal style. However the counter argument is clear: regret. Most people think about the tattoo they want for a long time before they actually get it, and end up not regretting their tattoos at all. But of course, some tattoos are regrettable.
